Week 11
Since I have wonderful parent support this school year, I figured I would take advantage of you all! Your children are progressing nicely in math facts; however, they need to speed it up! We compete against other classrooms and we are currently in second place – which is wonderful! But let’s go from good to GREAT and be the top class! So if you all will flash math facts with your child nightly so he/she will become quicker we will do the same here at school and maybe will become the top class! If you are in need of flash cards please let me know and I can send some home. The Dollar Tree always has a full stock of math facts!
Report Cards TODAY!
Report cards were sent home today, October 18th. Please review, sign, and return it by Friday. I am very pround of the students! They have become well-adjusted first graders!
Fall Festival
The 2010 Fall Festival is October 21, 2010 from 5:30 – 7:30. The Fall Festival promises fun, food, prizes for all who attend. Many volunteers are needed to help out with the games and prizes in the booths. If you can help please let me know. Thanks to Jacarius and Jadyn W.’s families for volunteering for the Fall Festival!
